The venerable Christmas carol God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen has been re-written to push the radical, left-wing LGBTQ agenda at a Church of England carol service.
The new version keeps the first two lines of the original song, written in 17th century England, and the “O tidings of comfort and joy” chorus, the Daily Mail reported.
But there are new parts added to be more “inclusive” of women, and “queer and questioning” people.
Catch this idiocy:
God rest you also, women,
who by men have been erased,
Through history ignored and scorned,
defiled and displaced,
Remember that your stories too,
are held within God’s grace
